The Gravimetric Blender designed and manufactured by Niasi Factory is primarily used for quantitative weighing, measuring, and mixing of 2 to 6 types of materials, including virgin materials, recycled materials, colorants, and various additives, ensuring uniform mixing.

This Gravimetric Blender has a weighing capacity ranging from 5kgs/hr to 100kgs/hr. Niasi's series of Gravimetric Blenders utilize high-precision weight sensors, ensuring that the mixing ratio error of each batch (depending on the set ratio) can be controlled within ±0.5%. With a comprehensive range of models, these Gravimetric Blenders can meet various mixing accuracy requirements.
